Mythic Engine Studios, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the OGs Forever community website at ogsforever.com and the Skinwalker Ranch Discord bot and associated Discord community tools (collectively, the "Services"). We are a solo-operated studio building products for the OGs Forever Solana NFT community.
We collect only what we need to operate the Services:
We do not collect names, email addresses, physical addresses, or payment card information through the Services directly.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
The Services rely on external platforms whose own privacy policies govern their data practices:
We retain gameplay and wallet data for the duration of active seasons and a reasonable period afterward for dispute resolution and record keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
We take reasonable technical precautions to protect data stored in our systems. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Never share your private keys or seed phrases with anyone, including us.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained to satisfy legal obligations or legitimate business interests (e.g., dispute resolution records).
The Services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be announced in the OGs Forever Discord server.

By accessing ogsforever.com, using the Skinwalker Ranch Discord bot, or participating in any Mythic Engine Studios service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Mythic Engine Studios, LLC.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in Services involving cryptocurrency, SOL buy-ins, or SPL token rewards. By using those features you represent that you meet this requirement.
Mythic Engine Studios provides:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with or without notice.
Participation involving SOL, SPL tokens, or any on-chain assets carries inherent financial risk. Please read this section carefully.
Certain features (including holder-gated roles and game access) require ownership of OGs Forever NFTs verified via the Matrica API. Verification status may change if NFTs are transferred or sold. We are not responsible for loss of access resulting from NFT transfers.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the Services, forfeiture of any in-game balances, and reporting to Discord Trust & Safety if warranted.
All original content created by Mythic Engine Studios — including but not limited to the Skinwalker Ranch game design, ogsforever.com site code and assets, pixel art, animated GIFs, and bot logic — is the exclusive property of Mythic Engine Studios, LLC. All rights reserved.
The OGs Forever NFT collections (OG Oddguys, OG Oddgyals, OG Uncut) and associated artwork are owned by their respective creators and holders. We do not claim ownership of NFT art.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYTHIC ENGINE STUDIOS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY, TOKENS, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to participate in the specific game session giving rise to the claim, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mythic Engine Studios, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the OGs Forever Discord server.
